Learns the importance of the Balkans for Turkish Foreign Policy
Learns the historical and theoretical foundations of the Balkans policies of global actors and regional countries, esp. Turkey.
Learns the ethnic composition of the Balkans.
Learns the Balkans history, and in this context, analyzes continuing regional problems.
Learns the effects of the EU and NATO on the policies of the Balkans.
Comprehends the position of the Balkans in the international politics.
