Büyük güçlerin politikalarını mukayese eder ve bu politikaların etkilerini analiz eder.
Türkiye'nin politikaları ile diğer aktörlerin politikaları arasındaki etkileşimleri analiz eder ve öngörülerde bulunur.
Olaylar vasıtasıyla uluslararası sistemin nasıl şekillendirildiğini açıklar.
Uluslararası ve bölgesel meselelerde Türkiye'nin politikalarının doğrularını ve yanlışlarını bilir ve sebeplerini açıklar.
