Evaluates the basic concepts, thoughts and data that emerge both in the pre-Cold War and post-Cold War era through scientific methods.
Evaluates the political developments in the post-Cold War era chronologically and analitically.
Defines new political values and political economic developments in the post-Cold War era and analyses their main elements and real causes.
Gains ability to analyze post-Cold War developments and practises in different geographical regions in a comparative manner.
Comprehends the current developments and international political and social events by the way of scientific analysis.
Understands the problems both Turkey and other international actors encounter and produces solutions to these problems.
