Recognizes the Indepence War and the importance of it to protect and carry on the existence of Turkish nation.
It recognizes that how the Turkish nation got the civilization with its whole institutions and values.
It comprehends that the principles of Kemalism.
It knows the national and international characters of Turkish Republic; It accepts that how it was created under the difficult circumstances.
While analysing the development of our democracy, it gets the knowledge and behaviours which is needed in democratic life, also it gets the conscious
