Understand the importance of corporate performance and human performance terms, recognizing theoritical and practical process, learn the related busin
Classify the factors effect on corporate performance, analyze the balanced scorecard items and interpret them in a system thinking.
Classify and analyze the competencies for assesment of human performance and apply them towards the human resource objectives
Explain the connection of corporate performance and human performance so develop the skills of modelling and interpreting.
Compare the different companies regarding on performance factors and performance levels and benchmark them in a competitive business life.

1To gain the required the basic knowledge of business’s functions of management and organization, marketing, production, accounting and finance, and related to other disciplines and to be able to critically questioned.X
