Students will have enough information about law classes in the upper grades will read.

 --COURSE CONTENT
1. Week  Society and law. Order of society and legal order. Definition of law. Characteristics of rulesof law and its qualities. Systems of Law.
2. Week  Separation into brances of law. Separation of public law and private law. Law branches of mixed quality.
3. Week  Sources of law and hierarchy of norms. Constitution, status, statutory sources, regulations and by-laws.
4. Week  Aplications of status with respect to place and time. Putting into effect of status and repeal of status. Law security.
5. Week  State of law. Fundamental rights and freedoms. The individual applications to the Constitutional Court
6. Week  Judiciary and judiciary system in Turkey. Constitutional court.The courts of Judicial and administrative.
7. Week  The rights, public rights and private rights. Acquisition and loss of rights. Protection of rights.
8. Week  Legal transactions. The concept of sanctions and enforcement types.
9. Week  Turkish Civil Code and preliminary provisions.The rule of honesty and good faith. Effect and aplication field of rule of honesty.
10. Week  The persons law and personality. Classifications of persons. Real persons and begining of real personality.
11. Week  The legal capacity of real persons. Capacity to act of real persons.Classification of real persons with respect to their capacity.
12. Week  Appellate power (discretion), maturity, legally not limited.
13. Week  Names of persons, kinship, domicile. Concept of ovnership and right to property.
14. Week  Legal persons and their types. Private Legal persons and public legal persons.
15. Week  Legal transactions, and their kinds. Form and method (process) in legal transactions.
16. Week  Turkey's administrative structure and problems.

1To gain the required the basic knowledge of business’s functions of management and organization, marketing, production, accounting and finance, and related to other disciplines and to be able to critically questioned.
