The Student will know the difference and relations between the normative and positive economics.
The planning gives a new approach to the student about the concept of the time. The relations between the discrete time and descriptive methods.
The students can learn how the planning effects the economic policy and economic capability of the nation.
Students are used to making an assessment of the role of industrial relationships in a macro economy.
The Students will learn how to analize the relationships that between the facts and events in an analitical way.

  It is important to know about the Mathematics for Economics and Macroeconomics.

1. Week  Planning problems in Developing Countries.
2. Week  Targets and the ways of planning.
3. Week  Macro Planning.
4. Week  The variables and the equations differences in economical models.
5. Week  The main characteristics of the planning in World and in Turkey before and after the market oriented growths in economy.
6. Week  Planning of the development acceleration.
7. Week  The impotance of Capital/Income Ratio and the role in the Planning.
8. Week  Midterm
9. Week  Macro Based Economic Equilibriums.
10. Week   The Matrix Calculation in equilibrium models.
11. Week  Input - Output Analysis. Basic Input-Output Model.
12. Week  Interpretations of the results of Input-Output Analysis.
13. Week  What is the planning in 21th Century?
14. Week  Thoughts about Market-Planning
15. Week  A general repetition on what were learnt in this case.
16. Week  Final exam
