To have the ability to solve problems by interpreting the provisions regarding the law of commercial enterprise.
To have the information to comprehend, predict and resolve the problems arising in business relationships.
To have the ability to understand and evaluate the concept of commercial enterprise and tarnsactions arising in connection with it.
To have the ability to use the theoretical knowledge in pracitce regarding commercial business and its legal consequences, commercial statements,-
commercial lawsuit and the definitons of commercial enterprise and merchant.

4. Week  Commercial lawsuit, absolute commercial lawsuit, relative commercial lawsuit, methods of authority, proof and judgement
5. Week  Concept, types and features of commercial enterprises, concept of assets
6. Week  Legal actions concerning commercial enterprises, takeover and pledge of a commercial enterprise
7. Week  Definition of merchant and tradesmen, acquisition and termination of the title of tradesman, terms and consequences regarding the title of tradesman

9. Week  Trade register, registry operations, terms of registration and listing in trade register, trade name, company name, Definiton, protection, types and f
