Learning main topics of Monetary Policy
we mentioned three policy tools that the TCMB can use to manipulate the money supply and interest rates
Central banks’actions affect interest rates, the amount of credit, and the money supply,
we examine two basic types of monetary policy strategy—exchange-rate targeting, and inflation targeting

This week describes how the theories of the demand for money have evolved.
We will see that these monetary transmission mechanisms emphasize the link between the financial system and monetary theory, the subject of this part.
