To have an increase in knowledge and skills about monitoring and analysing of lawsuits filed before the Court within case study

1. Week  The concept of Human Rights and its Evolution.
2. Week  The role of social developments in human rights' evolution.
3. Week  The Emergence of Human Rights Documents.
4. Week  The Emergence of Human Rights' Documents in England, France and United States of America.
5. Week  Protection of Human Rights at the Universal Level.
6. Week  Protection of Human Rights at the Universal Level.
7. Week  Protection of Human Rights within the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
8. Week  Protection of Human Rights in the American Continent.
9. Week  Protection of Human Rights in the African Continent and Islamic Region.
10. Week  Protection of Human Rights within the Council of Europe.
11. Week  Examination of 1 and 3th paragraphs of the Convention and Court decisions about Turkey .
12. Week  Examination of 6, 9 and 10th paragraphs of the Convention and Court decisions about Turkey .
13. Week  ECHR decision analysis (practical study).
14. Week  Case scenario on a fictious human right violation which may be sued before ECHR and animation of stages of the case by students.
15. Week  Examination of causes of blocking judgment which implemented by ECHR.
16. Week  General evaluation of ECHR's decisions about Turkey.
