1Having enough academic information about: description of the language, functions of language, grammar and basic concepts of the science of language, Qualifications of world languages, place of Turkish language among these languages, historical periods of Turkish language, sound and sound events, word attachments, word derivation paths, phrases, sentences, sentence elements, sentence types.
