Knows leadership theories, concept of power, and common political behaviors in the work context.
Knows the main concepts of group dynamics.
Knows about the work teams and their properties.
Knows about the participation to management process.
Knows about the main applications in organizations including job analysis, personnel selection, performance evaluations and training.

10Knowing the basic concepts, principles and techniques, theories and measurement instruments related with vocational guidance and career counseling and applying them to different individuals in various career counseling settings.X
