Establish and maintain effective communication skills in the classroom.
Understands the importance of classroom rules.
Be aware of the factors that affect motivation in the classroom environment.
Uses prevention and intervention strategies in the classroom.
Knows the place and importance of parents in child education.
Students will have information about discipline jobs and practices in school.

5. Week  Instructional Management: Dimensions that affect Instructional Management, Effective use of lesson time, Time management, Evaluating time, Controlling and using time, Basic approaches in time management and ways of using time efficiently.
