Students are aware of the factors that affect motivation in the classroom environment.
Students manage time in learning-teaching process.
Students know the place and importance of parents in child education.
Students will have information about discipline jobs and practices in school.

1. Week  Basic concepts of classroom management and dimensions of classroom management.

3. Week  In-class Code of Conduct: Importance of rules, Formation of rules, Characteristics of effective classroom rules.
4. Week  Arrangement of Learning-Teaching Environment in Classroom: Variables of classroom environment, Improvement of learning environment, Student's role in creating classroom environment, Importance of physical environment, Variables of physical environment.
5. Week  Instructional Management: Dimensions that affect Instructional Management, Effective use of lesson time, Time management, Evaluating time, Controlling and using time, Basic approaches in time management and ways of using time efficiently.
6. Week  Teacher-Student Communication: Communication process, Types of communication, Establishing an effective communication between teacher and student, Teacher's classroom movements, Teacher's non-verbal movements in the classroom.
