Observ the stages of development in a vertebrate organism.
Learn human embryonic development process from gestation to birth via video.
Observ vital movements of sperms from testes of mice under microscope.
Prepare the sections from ovary and testis received from vertebrate organisms.
Discuss the humanitary and ethical questions related to human embryology.

1. Week  Ethics principles with the experimental animals in study and education
2. Week  Important principles of the embryology laboratory
3. Week  The anatomy of reproductive system of male/female rat as a mammalian example
4. Week  Preparing samples from testes and ovaries (permanent preparation)
5. Week  Dehidration of testes and ovaries samples (embedding, preparation blocks)
6. Week  Sectioning and staining testes and ovaries samples
7. Week  Viewing the Graafian, primary follicles and seminiferous tubules under the microscope
8. Week  Mid-term exam
9. Week  Viewing the fertilization of frog sperm and ovum under the microscope
10. Week  Examination of the chicken embryo developmental stages: Incubation experiment (I. week)
