To give knowledge about physiological and to teach their importance.
Several applyings on animal and human body.
To get knowledge about digestion enzyms in human.
To learn respiration comparatively in several animal groups.

The students learn to determine blood-cell by hemosytometric methods, they learn identifiyng blood group
They learn contractions in frog skelatal muscle.

1. Week  Introduction, laboratory rules to be followed.
2. Week  Heller test, lung capacity measurement, the effect of smoking on the lungs
3. Week  Making blood smear preparations
4. Week  Properties of human blood, determination of blood type
5. Week  Osmotic resistance of red blood cells and hemolysis of red blood cells
6. Week  Forms of red blood cells in different solutions
7. Week  Counting methods of blood
8. Week  Mid-term exam
9. Week  Determination of the coagulation time and the bleeding time
10. Week  Measurement of blood glucose; hematocrit; sedimentation
11. Week  Heart rate, blood pressure, ECG
12. Week  Examination of the heart, lung and kidney structure and dissection of these organs
13. Week  Vision, examination of the eye and the brain structure and dissection of these organs
14. Week  Sensory experiments
15. Week  Demonstration of amphibia smooth and skeletal muscle contraction, cardiac work and blood flow in capillary vessels
16. Week  Osmosis, the activities of contractile vacuoles in Paramecium, observation on the "cell movement" of ciliated cells and flagella
