Define the measurement and evaluation concepts used in education
Develop proper measurement instruments which have the qualities
which mesurment instruments must have Compare traditional and alternative measurement instruments
Traditional and complementary measurement tools are applied in the classroom.
Evaluate attainments of the students multidimensionally using various methods.
Calculate statistical accounts used in measurement and evaluation.
Analyze the items of the tests.

4Students explain the theory, the model, the principle and the generalization about philosophy, psychology, sociology and logic. According to this explanation, they declare the basic principles of department of philosophy and related fields teaching.
