Explain the developments in the process of enlightment in Europe
Making evalutions through the English, French and American examples
Applying the political thoughts of XIX. Century and before in the present world
Evaluating the historical development of the hegemony in the Ottoman Empire Before and After Tanzimat
Commenting the process in the politic consciousness of public opinion from the Ottoman Empire to the republic
Define the historical origins of parliament and constitution movements
Using the example events which belongs to the democracy history in the macro level
