to know basic philosophy of classroom management approaches
being aware of different factors effecting student behaviors and developing strategies for the behaviors
to know the importance of classroom rules and developing rules
gaining skills for healthy relationship with parents
take measures against undesirable student behaviors and eliminate those behaviours
to know about and be able to apply physical and sitting arrangements in terms of effective teaching and learning
using discipline models appropriately
