To be able to examine the mathematics curriculums by a critical perspective.
Knows meaning of the basic terms which are mentioned on the course of examinations of math textbooks.
Knows basic principles regarding examination and evaluation of textbooks.
Understand the main structure and the functioning system concerning selection and writing, distribution of books in the Turkish National Education system
Discuss the basic features of a good textbook.
Apply the scientific method in the book selection process.
