Define the measurement and evaluation concepts used in education.
Develop proper measurement instruments which have the qualities which mesurment instruments must have
Compare traditional and alternative measurement instruments.
Evaluate attainments of the students multidimensionally using various methods.
Calculate statistical accounts used in measurement and evaluation.
Analyze the items of the tests.
Give feedback to students after measurement practice.
