Knows administration theories and approaches of these theories to people.
Understand the effects of changing society on education and school theories needed in the face of change.
Knows power, politics and influence concepts that used in educational administration.
Knows the roles and responsibilities of school administrators, understands the importance of leadership in schools.
Explains the importance of human resources in education.
Knows supervision and evaluation concepts, school administrators’ role in supervision and evaluation.
Explains the basic concepts related to psychological aspects of school.
Knows the rights that school staff and students have and how to provide services to them.
