Developing the self-disciplined studying skills on piano of the student.
Developing the decipher skills on piano of the student.
Developing the correctly applying the five finger position exercises on piano of the student.
To gain the ability of students to make studies in order to develop applying techniques in etudes and pieces
To gain the ability of students to make studies in order to develop applying musical constituents in etudes and pieces.
To gain the ability of students to playing legato
To gain the ability of students to applying crossing finger movements.
To gain the ability of students to playing opposite and parallel direction scales
To gain the ability of students to using two hands coordinately.
To gain the ability of students to play in the exams and concerts in order to get stress management
 -- MODE OF DELIVERY
  This course is planned face to face the mode of delivery and individualized instruction.
 -- PREREQUISITES AND CO-REQUISITES
  Have no physically handicapped which barriers that may be able to play the piano
 -- RECOMMENDED OPTIONAL PROGRAMME COMPONENTS
  The co-requisites for this course are Musical Hearing Reading and Writing Course, Harmony Course, Musical Forms Course, Musical Analysis Course and the courses about History of Classical Turkish and World Music and the courses about Introduction of Human Anatomy for making conscious applications on relaxing muscles
 --COURSE CONTENT
1. Week  Introduction and information about the equipment and materials and tools to be used in the course. Determining acquisition in the student's previous
2. Week  Two key studies to decipher. Five finger position exercises.
3. Week  Continue to studying two key decipher studies and five finger position exercises. To start small melodic pieces in binary form.
4. Week  Continue to studying previous two week’s course contents adding new pieces in binary form.
5. Week  Continue to studying previous week’s course contents with new pieces in binary form and introduction to legato technique.
6. Week  Continue to studying previous week’s course contents with new pieces and introduction to crossing finger movements.
7. Week  Continue to studying previous week’s course contents ddding in the opposite direction scales in C major. Exercises for arm muscle relaxation.
8. Week  Midterm exam (Playing minimum one etude and one piece)
9. Week  Starting to parallel scale exercises and playing etudes and pieces on this subject.
10. Week  Studying methods on exercises, etudes and pieces.
11. Week  Exercises on using two hands coordinately.
12. Week  Reinforce the tenth, eleventh and twelfth week’s course contents.
13. Week  Musical expression (piano, forte), phrasing and applied studies.
14. Week  Assigning and studying the final exam program
15. Week  Continue to studying final exam program
16. Week  Final exam (Playing one etude and four piece)
