Interpret open educational resources and trends in the world.
Explain the characteristics of mass open online courses, individualized learning environments and designs. Understand the problems related to open and distance learning and propose solutions.
Define individual teaching material development and student support services in open and distance learning. Suggest teaching strategies for different learning situations.
