It gives information about the past and present of special education applications in our country.

Describe general characteristics of individuals with different characteristics such as mental retardation, superior intelligence, learning disabilities, emotion and behavior disorder, hearing impairment, visual impairment, severe and multiple disability.
Gives information about the causes of diseases of children with special needs. Gives information about the classification of children with special needs.
Gives information about the prevalence of children with special needs.
Gives information about the education of children with special needs.
