5. Week  Preparation and storage of media. The implementation of the evaluation test.

7. Week  General-purpose media (Tryptic soy broth/agar, Brain hearth broth/agar)and preparation of this media.
8. Week  General-purpose media (Blood agar, Tryptone vb.), Midterm
9. Week   A medium for the analysis of total bacteria (Violet Red Bile Agar, Laural Sulfat Tryptone broth, Brilliant Green Bile broth vb.)and preparation.
10. Week  Analysis of fecal coliform bacteria.
11. Week   A medium for the analysis of Echerichia coli;Flourocult VRB agar, EC broth, Violet red bile agar.Preparation of this media and evaluation of results
12. Week   A medium for the analysis of total Enterobacteriaceae. Preparation of this media and evaluation of results.The implementation of the evaluation test
