Explain problems related to food biotechnology, establish hypothesis to solve problems, analyze and interpret the results.
Comprehends the historical development of food biotechnology.
Transmits food biotechnology by using written, oral and presentation techniques and provides effective communication.
Uses laboratory techniques and devices used in the application areas of food biotechnology.
Use acquired knowledge and skills to solve technology, industry, agriculture and health problems.
Takes responsibility in multidisciplinary studies related to food biotechnology studies
apply to the lean, economic, technological and environmental issues.
Transmits biolotechnological data to computer based on developing technology and analyzes using appropriate programs.
Be informed and productive individuals who are sensitive to universal and social values with the knowledge and achievements they have acquired.
Evaluate the use, risks and benefits of biotechnological products in foods and have knowledge about legal and ethical issues
