1. Week  Relationships between microorganisms and food and sources of microbial contamination
2. Week  Factor affecting microbial growth in foods
3. Week  Pathogen and indicator microorganisms in foods
4. Week  Microbiolgical critera of Turkish Food Codex and European Union, milk and milk products , recommended standards
5. Week  Microorganisms in milk and milk products, microbiological criteria and standards
6. Week  Microorganisms in red meat,fermented foods, seafoods,microbiological criteria and standards. Application of evaluation test
7. Week  Microorganisms in vegetables and fruits, canned foods and cerals, microbiological criteria and standards
