To enable the students to acquire the skill of determining and evaluating the role of the periodic and regional characteristics in the formation.
To acquire the information required to determine the role of culture and beliefs in the formation and development of Turkish art.
To build up a systematic foundation towards art criticism.

1By learning the necessary information in terms of historical, theoretical and practical in the field of visual communication design, and using this information in integrate of each other, consideration and positioning own works in the sight of these information in a critical way.X
