ThePhD in Tourism Management degree program is designed to meet the needs ofmanagers in the tourism industry and instructors/researchers in tourismeducation programs. The objective of the program is to develop (a) solidacademic background in the fields of hospitality and tourism and (b) strongresearch and problem solving skills. Graduates from this program can integratenewly acquired skills and knowledge in the areas of hotel, restaurant, tourismadministration, hospitality education and instruction to enhance theirprofessional career.
