Gazi University Sports Management Department was established in 1998. Sports Management Department with its strong academic staffs and contemporary program aims to train qualified personnel that can serve the national and international organizations within the sports industry, as well as sports-related institutions, schools and universities in the public and private sectors. Grad students can work in sports federations, sports clubs, Ministry of Youth and Sports, municipalities and private sports enterprises. In addition, department provides postgraduate education opportunities by the graduate and doctorate programs. Department currently has 2 professors, 6 associate professors, 1 assistan professor and 2 research assistants.
